Workshop will be held near Brooklyn, WI
This workshop is intended for those who have previously attended Sharon’s 2-day Death Midwife Intensive and would like a little more assistance understanding and finding their way through the paperwork of a Family Directed Home Funeral and of End-of-Life Advance Directives.
This workshop will include classroom hours to help you better understand the purpose of each form and guide you through the paperwork requirements and timelines:
This workshop will also include a hands-on practicum working on scenarios to get you more comfortable as a Death Midwife in successfully guiding a family who has chosen a Family-Directed Home Funeral through this sometimes-daunting and intimidating process of the necessary paperwork.

- Wisconsin paperwork requirements for Family-Directed Home Funerals (Notice of Removal, Report for Final Disposition, Death Certificate paperwork, Cremation Release, etc.)
