Daily Reiki Self Treatment
Part of what I hope you develop in these first few weeks is a Daily Practice for your Reiki. Below is a short, simple sequence you can use first-thing when you wake up and last-thing when you go to sleep. It takes, literally, two minutes or less! This simple discipline will reward you in a number of ways. Of course you get a daily Reiki Treatment, and who doesn't love that? In the morning, you'll find that you wake up quicker and have better focus during the day, In the evening you'll likely fall asleep faster and experience a deeper sleep :)
In the morning:
- a couple of breaths to ground & center
- Reiki On
- hands on Root Chakra for a breath or two
- move to Sacral for a breath or two
- ... to Solar Plexus ... to Heart ... etc. ... to Crown, each for a breath or two. Or ten <grin>

An alternative when you have a little more time is to breathe in through your root/feet when you're moving 'up' (or thru Crown for Manifesting) and let the energy fountain out of each Chakra as you get to it.
You can also stay with the same color for all 7 Chakras, then move on to the next (ROY G BIV) and so forth, so you would push Red through all 7, then Orange through all 7, then Yellow ... takes a little longer, but it's a great way to really move your personal energy in a specific direction! Gives 'em all a pretty good flush :)
